Ways2Rent provides a step by step solution to get started into our second chance apartment rental program.

Step 1 

Submit your criteria. You will submit your name, date of birth, phone and email to start the registration process for RIN Program.

We also give you the option to provide us with your choice of rental listings in your area. Our apartment relocation specialist will contact your listing and apply to those listings utilizing the RIN Program.

Most of our partner communities will honor and accept the RIN Program. Utilizing your new RIN will give you an edge with complete leverage to quickly obtain a second chance rental approval and have you on your way to signing a new lease.

Step 2


Assigned Case Manager.  After we receive your RIN request, we will immediately assign you to a case manager who will call you within 24 hours to discuss the properties you’re interested in, and to obtain some additional information for your RIN Registration.

At this time, you have the opportunity to get questions answered and receive complete clarity on how the program works. It is advised to write your questions down prior to speaking with your assigned case manager.

Step 3

Submitting Your Documents.  Your case manager is in charge of preparing your R.I.N application for submission to the attorneys for registration. RIN registrations generally takes 2 business days for turnaround time. Once it has been registered your assigned apartment relocation specialist will be contacting you to start the process of applying for properties on your behalf.

How Fast Can I Get Approved?

Each client has a different situation, so the proper answer is it’s a case by case basis. We have clients who move in as soon as 1 week of getting the registered RIN Back from the attorneys after joining the program. We also have clients who list their move in date as 30 days from their application submission. This mostly depends on the client.  The faster you submit your full rental application package, the sooner you will move. Your monthly rental budget and desired location also plays a factor. Please have reasonable expectations when selecting your monthly rental budget and desired location.

We can only provide the customer with results based on what’s available in that area for the rental amount. We respectfully request that customers are reasonable in their expectations and will strongly consider the average apartment rental amount in their desired area of interest when selecting their rental budget for a housing rental.Usually it takes us from one week to three weeks to get you approved for a new apartment home however we always ask for a 30 day time frame.

But utilizing our second chance apartment rental program we are sure to get you approved. We have a 98% success rate in getting our clients approved and placed in a new home.
